Covid Protocol for SotA 2020 Mini-Session

We want to ensure that we are mitigating as much risk as possible, as we move forward with a plan to gather for the first time in 3(!) years. We will continue to assess local and regional numbers and will adjust accordingly.

Our community will essentially be functioning like a pod for the duration of our session, making it possible for us to be maskless in the lodge. That means we all need to practice strict masking if off-campus (and limited time off campus) to honor our shared safety agreements. We trust that our incredible, radical, caring community will work together within these parameters to ensure our collective safety during our week together

• Up-to-date vaccination for all participants is required.

• We will require proof of a negative test before travel.

• We are aiming to have a good number of rapid tests on campus, and PCR tests are available close by at Range Urgent Care in Black Mountain.

• There will be 44 people on campus, and we will limit travel from campus. There will be 2 people per room, assigned based on surveyed preferences/sleeping patterns.
